ANNOUNCEMENT

 

For the purpose of purchasing "Manual work of road marking" (second announcement), the Baku Transport Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan

 

ANNOUNCES AN OPEN TENDER:

 

lot 1 - Manual works of road marking

 

The tender participants are invited to submit their tender proposals in writing, confirmed with a seal and signature and in a double envelope, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Public Procurement".

To implement the contract, bidders must possess the necessary technical and financial capabilities.

Those who want to participate in the tender must transfer the following cost of participation in the lot to the specified account, and then get a collection of basic provisions in the Azerbaijani language at Baku, Ziya Bunyadov 111 (Contact person: Makhmudov Tural M. Jalil oglu, tel: 404- 41-20 (ext.: 4185).

The participation fee is non-refundable.

 

 

Candidates must submit the following documents for participation in the tender:

       • Written application for participation in the tender;

       • Bank document certifying the payment for participation in the tender;

       • Tender bid (must be valid for at least 30 banking days after opening the envelopes);

       • Bank guarantee in the amount of 2% of the value of the tender offer (must be valid for at least 60 banking days after opening the envelopes);

       • Certificate from the relevant tax authorities on the absence of arrears in taxes and other mandatory payments in the Republic of Azerbaijan;

       • A copy of the financial report on the activities of the candidate for the last year, certified by the tax authorities;

       • Bank certificate about the financial status of the candidate for the last year;

       • Full name, legal status, charter, country of registration and requisites of the candidate;

       • Certificates of origin and conformity of the respective goods of the candidates.

The documents are made in two copies (original and copy) in the Azerbaijani language (tender offers in a foreign language are translated into the Azerbaijani language).

The tender procedure is conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Law on Public Procurement.

To participate in the tender, the candidates must submit the above documents (except for the tender bid and bank guarantee) until 12.00 on 20.07.2017, and the tender bid and bank guarantee in a double envelope until 12.00 on 28.07. 2017 to the Baku Transport Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan located at 111 Ziya Bunyadov, Baku.

          Envelopes submitted later than the specified deadline will be returned without opening.

          Candidates’ bids will be opened at 14.00 on 31.07. 2017 in the Baku Transport Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, located at 111 Ziya Bunyadov, Baku.

          Participation of authorized representatives of candidates is allowed.
